Professional Knowledge brought to you by AKPsi
Designed to bring all interested readers to the front line in terms of news, views and updates about all things professional, this site is brought to you by the Beta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at the University of South Carolina !
Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity is the world’s oldest and largest professional fraternity, with an international network spanning across all geographies, careers, and backgrounds. Providing brothers with professional guidance throughout their college years to ensure that upon graduation, all are equipped with a skill set necessary to survive in any work environment. Through interview training, resume building, public speaking workshops and a one-on-one mentorship program, Alpha Kappa Psi develops the business leaders of the future. As alumni, we join the work force as bankers and accountants, advertisers and consultants, doctors and lawyers, engineers and entrepreneurs. We live in foreign countries, give back to our communities, and explore the world.
Brotherhood | Knowledge | Integrity | Service | Unity
The Beta Upsilon Chapter at the University of South Carolina is one of the largest in the southeast with over 90 brothers who are leading campus initiatives, serving community efforts and fostering life long development personally and professionally.
Our brothers hail from all majors and backgrounds, producing a uniqueness that extends into our vast alumni network. You can find us all over campus, taking a break in Jazzman’s, working hard in the BA and TCoop libraries, soaking up the sun on the Horseshoe and of course supporting Gamecock Nation at Williams Brice. You can find us in downtown Columbia, in high rises in Hong Kong, on the steps of the Capitol in DC, in the epicenters of Charlotte, Atlanta and even across Europe and South America.
While we have widely different personal goals, what we share is the common passion to reach them. Alpha Kappa Psi is where professionalism and brotherhood meet. We invite you to join us at the intersection.
